The much awaited Annual Sports Day for grade 4 to 6 was held on Monday, 25th November 2019, with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere. The day started with a small bus trip to the venue CMR University. Students were excited and set to participate in the events.
Students of classes 4 to 6 competed in events including Shot putt, Discuss throw, relays and obstacle race. The event was categorized into two – Track Events & Field Events. In Track Events 100 m, 200 m and 400 m races were conducted. In Field Events Shot Putt, Discuss Throw and Standing Broad Jump were included.
It was a day filled with fervour and exhilaration, amidst thrills and cheers. A special mention to Vedha, student of Grade 6 set record of completing 200 m in 91.9 seconds. We witnessed many such talents in the event.
It was a day filled with sportsmanship, enthusiasm and memories to cherish.
